This page explains how refunds and cancellations work on MotoSwop. We are an advertising platform for motorbikes in South Africa. We do not sell bikes and we do not handle buyer payments for bikes.
If you were charged twice for the same plan or add on, we will refund the duplicate payment.
If a verified platform issue prevented your listing from going live or being visible for a meaningful period, we will extend your plan or offer a pro rated credit.
If you bought the wrong plan and did not publish any listing against it, contact us promptly. We can switch you to the correct plan or issue a credit at our discretion.
If Featured was purchased but the highlight did not activate due to a platform issue, we will re run the activation or credit you for another activation.
If South African law requires a refund in your specific case, we will comply once we have reviewed the facts.

We will acknowledge your request and investigate. If approved, we will offer a refund, credit, or plan extension based on the case.
MotoSwop does not sell bikes. There are no returns to MotoSwop for vehicles or parts. Any after sale issue is a private matter between buyer and seller. Use our Safety guide to reduce risk, and keep a written sale agreement for your records.
If you file a chargeback with your bank, your listings may be paused during the investigation. We will share our records with the payment processor. If the chargeback is resolved in our favour and you wish to continue using MotoSwop, you may need to settle any outstanding amounts.
We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
